Nathan's partner, Marina, developed the website, runs our social media accounts, and managed the day-to-day of our projects. We frequently partner with Nathan's nephew, Jarrett, to bring on an additional skill set and expertise in tile and flooring. Our team is dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for our clients.

With decades of experience, Nathan decided to build this company from the ground up centering integrity, honesty, and hard work. Rescued from Lake County Animal Services, Lela joined our team in 2023. She's a joy, and is such a proper good girl she even crosses her paws when she sits. She looooves treats, bathing in the sun in front of our living room windows, and finding the exact right spot to cuddle her baby brother. She's a great older sister and keeps us all in line.
Marina Sachs
Program Manager
Shortly after completing their Masters at the University of Florida, Marina met Nathan and they began building things together. Though Marina (also known as Shade) works at Santa Fe College full-time, she supports O'Hair Restorations daily coordinating every project, managing our website and social media, and communicating with clients.

Lead Fetch-nician
Rescued from Alachua County Animal Services, Bowie is the newest member of our team, joining us in January 2025. Bowie patiently waits for Dad to finish up work so he can can walk through the neighborhood, play fetch, and get tucked under a blanket on the couch (if you know pitties, you know how they feel about getting tucked in).
